well it means..that..if some one ask your favour..u can always say no to them in a nicer way..but dont insult them.

it can also mean that..
if u saw a group of people is hitting someone..u can always move away from that group even though u dont help that poor guy..but dont join them and hit that guy too...

it also can mean that..
if there is a begger asking for food...u can always choose not o give him anything at all..but do not stop another person from giving it...

so in conclusion..if u can do any good its ok..but dont do any sin...

If you can't give to a person the help or provide somethig to ease his problem,what ever it may be ,then leave them be.

Well it means that the main thing we should do in life is to try and help other people. and if we can't do that, we shouldn't hurt people anyway.

Basically he is saying live and let live. You should help people if you can- but don't purposefully make it difficult for others to live their lives happily
