I would definitely say "D. Other"

Chocolate was made popular in Europe, where they made rules you had to follow when you make chocolate. These rules don't apply in America.

European chocolatiers turn their nose up at Hershey. (The other 2 you listed are American too, I think, so they wouldn't be much better.)

I searched around on Google a little bit. I can't really find "the best". But this one might be near the top.

In USA I like Godiva and Giradelli. But the best chocolate are from Europe: Belgian, Swiss, and German. Try Trader Joes and Whole Food Markets, they bring good chocolates.

The best chocolates that I have eaten are Knipschildt Chocolatier. They're super expensive but my friend works there so I have it free. It's like a slice of heaven.

Personal preference is 95% dark chocolate. We live near a chocolate factory (now that's a hazardous location!) and they make wonderful thin wafers of 95% dark chocolate. Not only does it taste divine, but I can tell myself it's healthy!

It's called See's.
They are out of California, it's the best! It is pretty expensive but I've never spent my money on any thing better. If you get a chance, you should try it, it's the best stuff I've ever had!
