I suggest you see a doctor. Because it could be something serious and getting it checked up on sooner than later will be a lot safer for you. There are multiple reasons why you could be having chest pain. Like stress for example. All in all just go see a doctor hun and it will probably turn up as something minor, but its much safer that you at least get it checked out :)

Chest pain can to due to some reason - stress, do extreme exercise which you have never done, Chest pain.

Volleyball is an extreme game which require good hand strength and proper posture when you hit the ball. If not, you will bound to hurt yourself which you never know. During my school day, i play volleyball, it require proper guide, your coach should highlight and teach you. Alway do warm up before you start any form of activities.

Suggest you something, stop this game for 2-3 weeks, if the pains stop, mean you are just over exercise. If the pain still remain, consult doctor. Chinese Doctor is best.

Dun worry, you are still young. Cheer up!

When it involves the heart you should see a Doctor about it asap and get an EKG, it only takes a few minutes. In fact when the Doctor listens to your heart with the stethoscope they can usually tell if something is wrong. But at 16, I would say that they are probably muscle spasms aka growing pains. Even so, don't take them for granted, get them checked out.

I think you better go see the DR. and have them check your arteries leading into and away from your heart for building blockages. If it isn't a blockage at least you will know and if it is a blockage building it is better to catch it sooner then later. There are amazing procedures to prevent full blockages now, stents and other devices can be inserted into the vein to prevent blockages. go get it checked out.
