I've heard that Allah was the moon god, where did this come from? The qu'ran does fit the description of the antiChrist- the qu'ran denies that Jesus is the Christ and Lord, and denies that Jesus suffered in the flesh, those are the descriptions of the antiChrist. All the qu'ran says about Jesus is that he wasn't crucified and lived afterwards, and there wasn't anything particularly divine about Him. But for what reason do they think Allah is the moon god?

Oh jeez, that explains the pagan-looking flag of the moon and the star.

You're referring to an idea propagated by the Christian fundamentalist movement. They claim that the name "Allah" was used in pagan religions of the Middle East, before Islam. They say that Mohammed just adopted this pagan moon god and told everybody he was the Only God.

In fact, this is not true. The name Allah comes from the Arabic words al- (the) and ʾilāh (god) — al-ilāh meaning "the god".

Allah, Arabic name of the supreme being. The term is a contraction of the Arabic al-llah, “the God.” Both the idea and the word existed in pre-Islamic Arabian tradition, in which some evidence of a primitive monotheism can also be found. Although they recognized other, lesser gods, the pre-Islamic Arabs recognized Allah as the supreme God.

Muhammad came and to tell the Arabs to worship ONE God, the one who created everything in the in the Heavens and Earth. Muslims believe that to God belongs the Most Beautiful names,
rather if you call him "The One" " The Greatest" " The Creator"
"The Most Severe in Punishment," " The Long Lasting," "The Ultimate Peace," The Quran was revealed in Aramaic, and Allah means "The God."

[7:180] To GOD belongs the most beautiful names; call upon Him therewith, and disregard those who distort His names. They will be requited for their sins.

[17:110] Say, "Call Him GOD, or call Him the Most Gracious; whichever name you use, to Him belongs the best names." You shall not utter your Contact Prayers (Salat) too loudly, nor secretly; use a moderate tone.

Supposedly when Homohammad was traveling around he took a liking to the Jewish faith and the Christians. His people were pagans and worshiped many gods. Homohammad took their moon god-allah and made him the most high god of his people, and he denounced all the rest of the gods. The people did not like it and ran Homohammad out of town. Later he gathered up a group of thugs and murderers and went back and kill everyone in town. After he took over the first town. he gathered more followers who wanted to rob and rape ans pillage, so he built an army dedicated to allah the mood god. Except now allah was the god most high, and Homohammad was the main man. Thats all I know Homohammad and his moon god.

Muslims believe that Christ will come to earth to fight the anti christ so I dont know where you get the idea that muslims ARE the antichrist. As far as the moon god is conserned I think you are going far far far away from the initial principles of Islam-- which is to not associate ANYTHING with God--- even the moon. When you pray to God it is praying to the creator of human beings, the earth, the heavens, the animals, the ocean, and the moon-----

You are more correct than you realize. There is a pamphlet out called "The Prophet" that explains all of this. You can purchase it from www.drdino.com

It is a controversial pamphlet, but many things make sense that explain what you describe. You would be shocked at what is in there and how Islam was started.
All I will say is that the pope himself was responsible for starting Islam according to this book.

Allah in arabic simply means the god and that is all.
Allah being the moon god came from someplace I never heard of before. It certainly isn't mentioned in the Quran and I've read it.

Allah is, as I have heard, another language for God. So is Jehovah, Jesus, Lord, God...etc. I think it just depends on where a person is brought up and their religious beliefs.

No. Allah is almighty God.

where did this come from? Church.

Unfortunately they are teaching people to hate Muslims and Islam in CHURCHES now.!

Edit:

Allah is NOT a moon god.
Moon is the creation of God.
Allah is another name of God.
