depends on what you mean... even china allows people to practice religion.. but only to an extent they agree upon. i dont believe there is any country on earth that will allow no one to practice any type of religious beliefs.. thats practically impossible even if the government wanted to outlaw it anyways. however there is a difference between sanctioned practice and outlawed practice- many chinese are buddhists or practise the peasent folklore mythologies, but falun gong is not acceptable to the government.

Anti-religious bigotry is becoming very prevailent (and annoying) in America especially since we were founded upon religious freedom and Biblical principles.

China does not allow religious freedom, although their devotion to communism is dogmatic, not scientific.
