I read some article about spinage that the iron in it will not be absorb by body. Is that true?

yes it will be absorbed. However, if you drink milk the iron will not absorb very well. It's best to drink something with Vitamin C in it, because Vitamin C enhances the absorption of iron.

Are you saying spinach, the green leafy vegetable?? If you eat it, it will be absorbed.

Spinach is very good for you.
