hi i need to loose wieght only on my tummy area i have the littlest fat like 2 extra pounds please help me im going to hawaii in 2-3 weeks and i bought 5 new bikinis and i wanna look like i got a flat tummy thank you for ur time

Sit up of course... Maybe you can buy "hot" gel to put on your tummy. I never use it but I heard it works. Usually only one application is enough each day and it works 24 hours.

By only doing sit ups, you will gain muscle UNDERNEATH the layers of fat on your stomach. So, to get rid of the fat, you should try doing some cardio workouts, such as running. Start out slow if ya need to, and gradually pick up the speed and distance that you go.

i bet if you flex your stomach muscles, they are really really hard. thats the same with me. i too have about 2 pounds to loose. cardio workout is the only way to loose that annoying bellyfat. what ya gotta do it get your tennies on and hit the sidewalk! run, walk, jog, whatever you want. just get your heart rate up!! it's good for your belly and your heart. water, walking and a great diet will loose that stubburn fat in NO time! i'm going to hawaii in February/March, so i want to loose it too. lets see how it works out!

the tummy is the hardest place to lose wheight but on oprah doctor OZ said that whieght lifting tighten the stomach muscles better then crunches or push ups but those work good to try doing 100 a day and you will have that sexy stomach in no time

the key is toning your muscles...for your vertical ab muscles, sit with your legs bent, feet flat on the floor and arms straight in front of you. exhale and roll back until your lower back touches the ground-stop. inhale and roll back up (15x) then roll back to your shoulder blades (15x)

for your horizontal ab muscles, lie on your back and bend your knees at an almost 90degree angle w/ the floor, raising your feet slightly higher than your knees. exhale, lift your butt and roll back to your shoulder blades. inhale and rol l to your tailbone and dont let your butt touch the florr (20x)

and this one hurts like a mother: it works your waist, lie on your back w/ your knees bent at a 90degree angle w/ the floor. cradle yourleft hand behind your head. lift your head and shoulders off the ground and reach across your body and touch your left knee (20x) switch sides and repeat.

this one works your lower ab muscles: lie on your back, arms streached straight over your head and legs fully extended and crossed in the air. exhale and lift your tailbone, then slowly lower as you inhale( don t drop down) (30x).

this work out worked great for me, i was toned in a few weeks
