Isn't it cute how your kitty "helps" you wrap the Christmas presents? What else does your kitty do at Christmas that's sooooo adorable?

It's funny that you ask this question as I just got through wrapping some gifts. One of my cats 'helped' me by putting her claws through the paper as I wrapped...almost every gift has her trademark claw holes in it. Then she crawled into one of the bags and promptly went to sleep. I couldn't bear to wake her up to move her so I could pull out more gifts to wrap. So I quit for the night!!!

i like to make loops out of the tape, sticky side out and watch them bat at them, that buys me a little time to wrap a present or two. they have been through three Christmases with me but they haven't grasped the concept of the Christmas tree yet either, they did stop knocking off the ornaments by socking at them but some still fall out when i get up in the morning and find all three sleeping
on different boughs of the tree. i finally broke down and got a digital camera so i'll probably have some pictures this year.

My Siamese kitty likes to crawl up the Christmas tree and take a nap inside the branches/doesn't cause havoc to the tree or ornament. It's a version of hide and seek. My tabby, likes to help unwrap the presents under the tree. She likes to rip the bows off and play with them.

well this isnt cute but my cat opens all the presents with his claws (he can smell the catnip in his christmas presents, so i have to put them in my dresser until christmas day, or he opens them or just bats the present around the house!), he climbs the tree, drinks the water in the tree stand, bats my glass ornaments off and breaks them and plays with the lights. But he does love to sleep under the christmas tree and that is adorable.

Hi there...I love how the kitties want to be a part of the festive holiday wrapping. My kitties love to roll around with the big bows and lay inside the boxes ready to be wrapped up. Sometimes I wonder if they think they are the gifts! ;-) Last year we even took some photos of them among the holiday decorations and used it as our season's greeting card to share. They wore giant red bows and I've trained them to stand up and wave their paws for a picture perfect card.
