cold water and a mild soap will sometimes get dried blood out...don't soak the mattress...get a scrub brush and dip it in water and scrub the area and see if that works...if not hydrogen peroxide ( the stuff in the brown bottle) and some elbow grease will also get blood out...those are your best bets...you can also try shout and scrubbing as well...one of these is bound to work and always works...if not..flip the mattress..

If you are referring to getting dry blood off of a mattress, you can try hydrogen peroxide. Rub it in with a cloth, it should come out without a problem. Or use soap and cold water, it will stop a stain from settling in.

erm dont think its possible not unless of course there dry blood allready on it and your try and to remove it. I would recomend a damp cloth something or how about some carpet stain remover.

A mixture of peroxide and baking soda should do the trick. Even just peroxide will work. It gets blood out of everything.
