You DONT want to loose weight fast. In most cases, you will gain the weight back even faster, and maybe even gain MOOREE.
You can set yourself up with an excersize plan. Well.... just start running (even if just in place in your room) for as long as you can. And when I say that, I dont mean until you drop down, near dead. Start at a steady pace, and just go... nice and slow, and get gradually faster. If you're a swimmer-- what better? Jump rope, hula hoop (20 or more minutes or else its kinda not really helpful yeah...) Aerobics, stretching, DDR... there's more.
DONT STARVE YOURSELF!!!!!
do you know what that does to your insides??? Its gross--- im talking eating yourself inside out... until you get to your heart and then-- well.... if it cant beat... you're gonna die.
also: fainting, feelings of remorse, constant fatigue.... tiredness. A model just died of anorexia... it was all over the news.
Dont throw your food up either... eeww! and it doesnt work, plus, it tears up your asophogous.
Instead, go on a diet, and NO, not an extreme one. Just go for some low calories- breakfast cereal diets are proven to be good for you aswell as help you loose weight fast... and you dont have to eat it for dinner, plus you can shake it up a little and eat different cereals. :) Salad is always a good choice, aswell as fruit.
Keep in mind the amount of calories you need to live... alot of times REALLY low calorie diets can cause you to gain more weight because your metabolism goes into "survival mode" and tries to save the calories, and turns them into fat. which is what we DONT want, right?? Going under 1,000 calories per day means trouble. Stick in the 1,500 range(even a bit higher is ok) , plus good, healthy, not compulsive, excersize will get you loosing weight, improving your endurance... and whatever other crap you want. :)
if you need more info, there are books at the library that will guide you through this so you dont have to talk to a doctor (eesh... that could be embarrasing). BUT MAKE SURE THE SOURCE IS PROFFESIONAL!!!!
I hope this helps, and that you decide not to starve yourself. You sound like a nice girl, i want you to make it, ok?
and dont listen to jeeper's creepers!!!!!

There is no fast AND safe way to lose weight.
Are you trying to lose it to fit into an outfit this weekend, or do you want to keep it off?
About 2 1/2 years ago I wanted to lose some weight. What I did was to change how I ate and how MUCH I ate at a given sitting. It took about 6 months, but I lost about 25 pounds and kept it off for over a year, until my husband and I decided to have another baby. :) Going on "a diet" hardly ever works. What works is changing your diet. If you starve yourself or go on a fad diet, you may lose the weight quickly, but as soon as you start eating normally again, it goes right back on.
Another thing I did was to NOT cut out everything that I love, like chocolate and ice cream, I just cut DOWN how much of it I ate. For example, I would get a single scoop instead of a banana split.
Good luck!

Im glad you were thinking about starvation. Moreover, Im glad youve stopped. It is of interest that you want to lose weight rapidly, dont. There are things more important than whyever you want to lose weight, and one of those is probably your health. Starvation has a much deeper impact than most people realize. The impact isnt always temporary, if ever.
A term dictates "This too will pass," it probably will. Then youre left with your health.
There is nothing wrong with losing weight, it's just stupid to lose weight through starvation diets. Please don't. I am surprised that the answer 'cut off your leg' got a thumbs down, it possesses satirical nature which is extensively correct. If you want to lose weight fast, cut off your leg. You dont want to do that. Therefore your question is incorrectly worded; if you wanted to lose weight, cutting off your leg would be suitable. If you want to lose weight healthily, then a starvation diet is NOT suitable. Simple paradox. His answer got a thumbs up from me.
Dont starve yourself.
Besides, weight isnt your biggest problem. Get over your weight and you will have solved a bigger one. Dont lose weight fast, I cant think of any healthy way to do it; I have heard not of a healthy way to do it. Lose weight a pound a week. Thats healthier.
If you are too stubborn or desiring to lose weight, if you care minimally for your health, at least instead of starving yourself eat MARGINALLY smaller portions. Thats a spoonful or two less.
Otherwise, eat healthier foods, only one snack period [otherwise its strict breakfast-lunch-dinner] keep the eating before 8:30pm, excercise, eat at patternful times. I would do better to know more of your niche before answering.

starvation will not actually help you lose weight, because if your body goes into starvation mode it will hold on to the fat longer for survival and then the next time you eat it will store everything preparing for the next time you starve it. There are no quick and easy options. You could try a very low calorie diet, eating things that are good for you, but low in calories. If you eat small portions every three hours, you will keep your energy up, and your hunger levels down. Starving is never the answer, and dropping a lot of weight fast is unrealistic, even liposuction doesn't drop a lot of pounds fast. Dieting takes time, and determination, and a lot of exercise. Good Luck.

There is no magic way. how long did it take to put the weight on? .If you start NOW eat three small meals a day. starting with a good breakfast, scrambled eggs and a slice of toast and a glass of orange juice, then for lunch a large salad, and dinner a small portion of cooked ( not fried) chicken, a large salad or lots of fresh vegetables, and lots of water every day, for a total of about 1,000 calories a day and you should see weight loss by Christmas. don't starve your self that's NOT a good idea. The best idea would be to see your doctor first before you try anything. good luck

Go on a diet. Divide your meanls into small portions. Exercise. Dont eat junk food. Starvation is dangerous for your body and once you will start eating the weight will build up on you twice as much.
Good luck

Starvation is not good, you will get so hungry that then you will eat everything in sight and that will not be good. You don't want to become anorexic or bulimic. Atkins -- you get tired of just eating no carbs. Try Weight Watchers or something like that where you eat real food in smaller portions, and it teaches you to eat properly. I will probably not be rapid, but then again if you have been eating a real lot then when you first start WW you will loose alot. Good Luck!

Starvation will actually make you lose weight slower. Starving yourself slows your metabolism down. Eat smaller meals more often. Stay away from refined carbs. No carbs after lunch. extra protein. exercise 3x a week for 30 mins. this will speed your metabolism up.

You'll actually loose weight faster if you do eat a little something every day. You need to eat to loose weight correctly. Starvation is not the right way to loose weight. You'll make yourself sick.
