Is he touching her? Is it physical?
Did you flirt in frount of him previously with another guy?
Is he just joking around and having fun do you think or is he serious with these women?

Well, you have to ask yourself about his motives. Either is just trying to get a reaction from you or he may not realize his is even being flirtatious. Worst case scenario, he really is blatantly flirting and has no respect for you and in that case you may want to just move on. If you don't know for sure ask... but I'm sure if you really look at it you do know. Good luck!

flirting is natural and healthy, and it is only flirting (nothing more, nothing less - hopefully)
but, don't over-react about it. If it bothers u, tell him u will do the same the next time you see a hot guy!

Good question. I would gauge if it's you being jealous or him being insensitive. If it is the latter than I would talk to him about it. If that doesn't work, either put up with it or get a new man.

here's the mature thing to do: dont just storm upto him and create a chaotic situation. i know you're frantic and mad and in disbelief, but storming upto him and blowing up in his face just makes matters worse---you would most likely say things you dont mean to say and then there'll be all these misunderstandings, blahblah blah.... trust me, it wont be pretty.
so be calm, and confront him about it---but in a CALM, COOL manner. i know you're mad and stuff, but you're gonna have to control your feelings, tame your anger especially when you confront him.. and ask him what the deal is. be calm, play cool, but be FIRM and tell him--calmly--how much he hurt you. then he'll see the big mistake he made and ... voila! you just wait and see. good luck! =)

first make sure that he is really flirting and it is not just you being jealous and paranoid. now if he is really flirting, tell him he can have her if he wants her cause you're gone!
