I usually run 3 times a week. Each time about 5km. I'm a girl so don't really want to develop bulky thighs and calves.

I am a male cross country runner for about 20 years and I am slim. What is your timing for a 5-km run? You must run fast enough or longer distance to burn your excess. Usually you can see some fat girls try to slim down by "running". After some time, they give up and the reason is they put on more weight instead of slimming down. This is because their appetite improved after "running" and they eat more without controlling their diet. If you are running at slow pace it is jogging and not running. When your stamina has inproved, I suggest you run a bit faster.

Try to observe the fast running females and you can see they don't have bulky thighs and calves.

Now, I am consuming a high-fibre food to keep me slim and healthy. If you want to know more details, kindly email to wisemale18@yahoo.com.sg.

that amount of running would not give you bulky calves and thighs. mine are solid not bulky and I run 6 miles a day 5 times a week sometimes more if I'm training for a half or whole marathon

no longer continuously bigger yet toner. Your calfs would be plenty extra formed and gets harder. You thighs will exchange into extra tone. in addition they are going to exchange into harder yet no longer bigger. i'm a runner besides. working is usually a stamina factor no longer a strenght factor. consistent with hazard your solid thighs are from yet another pastime you do. yet whats up in case you have solid legs do no longer conceal them practice them off.
