Volunteer

You could join a youth club, if you're a teen you'd participate, if your older, you could help out, join a cycling club, or a library club, a reading program, ( reading to children or seniors) volunteering at ANYTHING will relieve boredom and help others, and cause you to meet people, start taking lessons of some sort, dancing chess, art classes, photography, night school, get a part-time job, there are so many things one person can take part in without having to drink alcohol. No matter WHAT you do if you don't want to drink.... Don't. it's that simple. hope that helps

Well first do your homework.

Then... After...

Well one you can get involved in..

-Sports: Like maybe go out with friends and agressive skate or play some soccer/football at the nearest field, maybe yeah.. Basically sports.

-Experimenting on yourself: Yeah sorry, just had to say it but if your alone in the house why not just relieve your curosity? Like masturbate or something, it's also healthy too and maybe you'll relieve some of that coursity instead of relieve it on some one else.. Or getting sexually stressed..

-Hobby: Well do you have a hobby? Building models and (no offense) those kinds of things that you think are for nerds arent the only hobby, you could play an instructment if you know how... Or if legal and you have a field you can always play paintball or airsoft, how cool is that?!!? (Airsoft are kind of replicas but not firearms so you hold a life like M16.. etc)...

-Friends: Of course, just go out with friends and have fun, or doing any of the things above or under with them.. (Except for some things which I'll leave your common sense to judge that.. *cough Experimenting cough*)

-Volenteer: Like the people above said, just go around and help in Veteran Hospitals and hear war stories or just go to your church and meet new people, if you're not the religious guy then join a club.. Maybe even volenteer and earn some community rep. like everybody will like you and enjoy your presence, + it will make you a more productive person.

-Computers/Videogames: Unproductive what so ever, like Yahoo Answers.. However it can burn time quickly.

-Exercise: Same as sports except you taking a walk or a jog around the block or the park.. Maybe going to the gym and working out.. Babes like rock hard abs :)

-Make your own thing up: JUST DO SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE!

Take a class through the YMCA, Parks and Rec, or local community college.
Try out for a part in a community theater play.
Volunteer.
Get involved in a religious community.
Join an activist group that supports an ideal or cause you believe in.
Join a bowling league.
Learn a martial art.

Just a few things I've done to stay busy!

You can join a club that you are interested in, like pet related (I belong to a fish breeder club) or hobby (stained glass or golf). Dancing classes are good for meeting people and martial arts classes can relieve boredom, streas and provide an opportunity for fitness.
Do what you LIKE to do. There is probably a local club somewhere you can join. There are also service clubs like Lions Club, Kiwannis, Boys and Girls Club, etc, etc.
You can always take an interest course through your local college to learn a new skill or talent.. learning is the best antidote for boredom!!!!
Good luck!
