I have been given the chance -- THROUGH PRAYER!
...and the one thing I always say is THANKS! I have a lot to be thankful for, both spiritually and physically.
I don't know you, but I know you also have a lot to be thankful for. Sometime try to sit down and go through the list. The world would be a better place if more people would appreciate more what they have and worry a lot less about about what they do not have!

THANK YOU!!! And I try really hard to do that each time I look up at the richness of a blue sky, or thunder clouds. Each time a new bird comes to my bird feeder. Every time I see my daughters sleep. When I hear my husbands car in the drive. Every time the frost leaves patterns on my windshield. There are so many reasons to do it and so many ways to tell God how much we appreciate His wonderous gifts!
