Hi:

Learn to step out by faith on what God has already given you and he will open up the way over time. My experience over the past 50 some years is that he never gives the whole plan at once and he expects us to study his Word for answers and to rest upon him by faith for the rest.

God will never lead us into something his Word prohibits, this is a good guide in our life.

Walking by faith is something like walking on a dark night carrying a flashlight...it is only as we step forward that the way is opened up to us by the light.

The Psalmist could say "thy word is a lamp unto my feet, a light unto my path" (Psalm 119:105)

May God bless you in your life>

A fellow travellerbb

Well, first of all you need to hear the word in order to believe it! So I would suggest going to church, you should go to a church like mine, a Church of Christ! We are Christians, real christians! And then after you hear the word and believe it, you should be baptized. This is wear you turn away from sin. And then you walk faithfully with God for the rest of your life! And to answer your question, it is AFTER you get baptized is when God is with you, because you are following God and you are on his side!

I don't think that you can really confirm it, it's just something you know. If it's something you love doing, it's effortless, if you're the happiest when your doing it then maybe it is what He wants you to do. You should really talk to your pastor about it. Have you read The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren? I'm reading it now and it's really helpful.

Jesus made it very clear for you! Gods will for all men everywhere is that they believe on Jesus. "And this is the will of him that sent me that everyone that seethe the Son and believes on him may have everlasting life and I will raise him up at the last day" also "The fathers will is that you believe on him who he hath sent" When you first trusted Jesus you did Gods' will. Now as you continue your Christian walk he will open doors for you in his own time.

Have you asked Him into your heart and asked to be born again? Do you believe and have faith that He will do the right thing for you always, even if it seems like He is NOT answering your prayers..... everything is in HIS TIME not our time....you will know the will of God by prayer and staying in the Word. Speak with a pastor or preacher....

Pray about it and ask God to block things if it is not His will. That allows you to do what you think is right but leaaves it open to you doing His will if He shows you by blocking you in some way.

He's already given you his will, read the Scriptures. All you have to do is figure out where to apply what you learn there. Day by day...

Ask God, firstly for confirmation.

Check it lines up with the Bible.
