His name is Sam. He is from my youth group in church. I really like him but never really talked to him. I'm scared to talk to him. I mean I know he likes this other girl, and she is like so pretty, but when i took my friends to church, they said he just kept looking at me. Does that mean he is interested in me. But he is also 2 years older then me. Is that to old? I don't really know what to do because everytime I look at him, he's lookin at this other girl, but also it confusses me from what my friends said to. I REALLY like him, but i don't want my heart to be broken if he rejects me. Can someone help me?

Ok, from watching ALL my youthgroup friends I've learned one very important thing. NEVER DATE INSIDE THE YOUTH GROUP!!! I'm dead serious. You'll end up breaking up and then everything will be akward between you two. Plus, if he keeps looking at the other girl, chances are that he doesn't have the same feelings you have. Trust me, I've been in your situation before! I didn't ask the guy out and we became friends. Also, years later I realized that he wasn't really someone that I wanted to go out with. Wait. It's soooo much better! Good luck!

Well talk to him, make him you're friend. That what i do in church, well depending what kind of religion are you. But make him your friend go out as a friend then tell him you like him. Can you tell me what religion you go to. just curious

that happens to me ALOT! (I AM A GIRL by the way, believe it or not)yaknow, i think you should try talking to him, if he is staring at you and such, find the self confidence to confront "Sam". this is excactly what is happening to me in my youth group, his name is nicholas, he's shy too. 2 years older is not too old!!

guys aren't all that complex like you girls just make yourself known ie talk and make a point of it, texts are good and two years older is the maximum years older that is acceptable. don't be shy back
