i sprained my ankle about 3.5 weeks ago, but i still cant jump as high as i used to, im still about 4 inches lower than where i used to be able to jump, but my ankle only hurts when roll it on purpose or stretch it too hard, what can i do to help my ankle heal fully, and what can i do to be able to jump to my previous amount

If you want your ankle to fully recover, take it easy for at least a week, no juping or running. Just take it easy and after that if it's still hurting then see a doctor. If you want to jump higher wait until your ankle is better and then start practicing jumping. Pretend there is something above you that you really want. Reward yourself every time you jump a bit higher, with anything addictave like lays. It helps if you lift your arms up too.

I suggest that you see an Orthopaedic Surgeon, who Specializes in "sport injuries". I personally feel your expecting too much and have started too soon. You need the proper psychotherapy. Go to an Expert, this is not the Forum for your question. Good Luck.
