Anybody breed blue pit bulls...I'm looking for one by x-mas time..I am in the Long Island, NY area. -Jen

If you just want to have a blue pit, and don't have one yet, you might want to consider it carefully. The skin of animals with blue or white coat is very delicate. They tend to get many allergies and are sensitive to sun. It can get overwhelming sometimes.
They are beautiful, though.

Blue is just a diluted form of black.

If you can find a breeder who specializes in black they may also have blues.

You can find local breeders through the AKC or ask your local pet shops. Putting an ad in the paper may help as well.

The way I understand it, blues are just random. Luck of the draw..
