Adam was he first in the world. Muhammad was the first amongst the Arabs of his time. Muhammad also last prophet of world.

Islam is much detalied religioun and there is a difference in islam between a prophet and a messenger, the first prophet was Adam(pbuh) but the first Messenger was Noah(PBUH)
