You should try joining forums where the majority of people type properly. That way you can interact and kind of "absorb" grammar and vocabulary.

In my opinion, no website can help you. It can give you all the information you want, but when it comes to actually 'applying' it, that's a different scenario. Another person is better help, but still, it's all up to you.
To truly get better, you just have to keep on practicing by constantly using English.
