I would have to say DLP. But, why are you looking at rear projection? Are you looking at a display larger than 60"? If not, then go with plasma or LCD flat panels. I have a 50" plasma myself and I love it. Flat panels are more reliable technology than rear projection. But, if you are looking for larger than 60", then I like the DLP technology, color reproduction and the less potential of burn-in. LCD rear projection is always prone to burn-in.
