Garnier Length and Strength shampoo. it doesnt help it grow REALLY fast but it does help your hair grow longer and a little faster and it gives it much more volume. its an awesome shampoo.

Getting regular haircuts/trims will prevent split ends/ breakage and will keep your hair healthy (which is key to growing your hair out fast)

i heard rubbing celery juice on hair makes it grow faster
