my hair is very thin. on the part where my bangs are i have some little small hairs that are really sort and kinda skimpy. they annoy me and i can never get them into a barrette or anything. is there any kinda of shampoo or something that can help my hair from this "breakage"?

try a cream styling product, a straightening cream might work best because it wont have a lot of hold to it. just put a small amount on your finger and brush the small hairs into the normal "flow" of your hair.

to keep breakage from happening use a good moisturizing conditioner like Loreal's Feria conditioner (your hair doesn't HAVE to be color treated to use it) also make sure you get your hair trimmed at least every other month to avoid split ends which can lead to breakage and visa versa.

At Sally's Beauty Supply has some shampoo called Folicure. It's fairly inexpensive and works over time. Another is Matrix Biolage fortifying shampoo and conditioner, and is available at any Salon that carries Matrix products. I would stop pulling your bangs back also, using a barrette daily may be what is causing your breakage.

check out Sunsilk's line of shampoo. they have special ones for almost any type of hair. i havent used it, personally, because i dont have breakage hair. but i know people who use other sunsilk products and they like it very much.
