Depends on what the puppy looks like and its personality!

You can use a baby name website and search for names by nationality or you can use an english to japanese dictionary and cross reference names you like.

Great names!

Yoshi = Good Luck ; Joy
Toku = Virtuous
Zen = Good ; Virtue
Kami = Upper ; Top
Fuku = Good Fortune
Aka = Red

Or, if you can't think of any names, you can name him Muna which is a Japanese boy name that means "No Name"!

Good Luck! :-)

AKAMARU FROM NARUTO!!!!!!! Anime helps a lot with deciding on Japanese names b/e they are all very original and sometimes have interesting meanings. Try looking up anime names on the internet...see if that helps.

If the dog is female:
momo
nana
hana (old fashioned Japanese girl's name or this means flower)
bell
lilly

if male:
coro or Koro (chubby)
chibi (means small)

and for both:
chico
choco (chocolate)

These are suitable for Chins in Japan.
Japanese usually add -chan at the tale when they call their dogs.

eg. momo chan, chico chan, lilly chan, etc.
