Non of it is useless. If you mean a mans foreskin, that is there to protect and cover the top end of the penis. Some men have to have it removed as it can be too tight and can cause hygiene, urinary, and infection problems. In some cultures they remove it for religious reasons but it is not only cruel but very archaic. Sex is no different for a man whether he has a foreskin or not.
