If you're not hungry, and it gas pills dont work then you might consider having your parents take you to the doctor might be some other problems going on. I dont know what kind of gas pills you take but Beano might work...good luck hope you find the answer your lookin for.

I have the same damn problem! I am 23 and about to graduate college middle of this December. It seems like it is worse if I anticipate it or think about it. It also seems to happen in the morning classes moreso than the afternoon and ESPECIALLY on test day. I think it has something to do with being nervous and I too attempt to relax and not think about it but that never seems to help. It is not gas or anything bathroom related. I have been drinking Pepto Bismol before classes though and that does seem to prevent it but I do not believe that it is healthy to take Pepto that often. I believe Tums may work just the same but I have not tried them. Tums also offer you you're daily allotment of Calcium.

I think the best you could have done is tell him straight, confess that it came from you. Guys are worst at farting that women, you might know that. On the other hand, it could have given you both an occasion to laugh and have a little fun. Additionally, it would have been a sign of your honesty and will to be sincere with your guy even in the most awkward of times. I know it is easier said than done. But if the situation presented to myseld I'd definitely react that way.

Do you chew gum?

As you chew it allows air in the stomach.

Try eating more yogurt. It has active culture that helps increase your natural flora in your stomach which then helps your stomach digest better.
