"This would naturaly cause lies and deception. Is this how a good and loving God operates?"
You're right, I have NEVER read a scriptural or religious teaching that is secretive or hidden.

No, we do not believe in a God that has us do his work in secret. This does not mean that we will perform all of our ordinances to be seen of men. The temple is sacred, not secret. Parading and performing in the light of day would diminish the sacred reverence of the priesthood ordinances.
Why do you act so surprised that the temple is not for everyone? Have you not read the bible? There were also biblical temples, not everyone could enter therein. Only certain people could enter the holy of holies, only certain people could handle the Ark of the Covenant. God has always set standards to see that his House is not defiled. Look at what Jesus did when he saw that the Temple had been desecrated.
As far as plural marriage is concerned, Emma had accepted the prophet's counsel in this matter, and while with great difficulty, was aware of and accepted the situation. What business is it of anyone else who someone marries? If he felt that they would be persecuted, run-out, beaten or murdered (as was common practice of the time), if this information was disclosed, then it is his right to counsel them not to tell. Polygamy was not a punishable crime until the Morrill Act (1862). I am assuming that you never read the account of Isaac and Rebekah, his wife. Abraham lied and said that she was his sister in order to protect himself (Gen 26:7).
If your issue is with polygamy, then you must take that up with God. "And I say unto you, That many shall come from the east and west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, in the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 8:11) All had multiple wives.
FYI: Not everything that you read on the internet is true. Don't be swayed by everything you see.

I am not sure what you mean by "secret"....just because he has set standards and boundries as to whom can attend the temple - why is that wrong? The temple is HIS house, I think he has the right to determine who may enter and who may not...
Also, they are very sacred ordinances, but are available to all who will worthily prepare and come to the temple.
Most people would be surprised as to how much of what is taught/learned in the temple is in the bible...

You have hit the nail on the head. Christ said that He did nothing in secret. This is not the way that God works and the Bible tells us so.

Heck no that isn't how God operates!!! No offense to anyone but Mormons are crazy. Yes they believe in God but not the way they should. They believe strange things about Him and think he wants them to do things that just don't make sense and He doesn't want them to do.
