It varies state by state. Anywhere from six to nine cents, unless you're in a sales tax exempt state like Montana or Alaska.

Depends on the area. The states, counties, then the cities all have sales taxes. I've seen ranges from 6% to 10%.

It depends on the State you are buying it in. In California it is 7.75% sales tax. But as far as import tax. I do not know since that tax is taxed by your country not ours.
