I would beat her butt if that was me. I don't care if I did get in trouble my mom said anyone who touches me first i hit them back so i guess thats what i would basically do

You could confront her w/out fighting her. Most of the time people like that stop their behavior when they realize they can't intimidate the other person anymore. Just directly ask her, "Are you okay?" or "What are you staring at" and if she responds w/ a snotty remark just make her look stupid by saying something like "You've been staring at me all this time just to say that?". Don't fight her, unless you are defending yourself....it wont get you anywhere and if you don't win then you'll be in a worse position than when you started.

Beating up this girl may make things worse. The best thing is to walk away. If she continues to bully you contact a teacher or an adult to let them know about the situation before it gets worse.

Stand up for your self, no matter if its fighting or ignoring her then embarrassing her.

Tell her to stop having an issue with you.Then tell her you can care less about the attitude she is trying to have,and to stay away from you.No, you really should'nt fight,its not worthit,just be sweet and ask her to leave you alone.

I know the tough thing to do if fight her but what would that get you suspended on in school suspension. So i would just let an adult/ teacher to keep an eye on her/him.

Hey, why not kick the **** out of her? Just try not to be in a public place-just kidding. It's called planning, just find a way to humiliate her and you'll feel better! Or you can do it the boreing way and ignore her.
