Love at first sight is loving what you see (physical chemistry)
Once you get to know the person, you find out the things that you love and hate about them, and it often times fades away.
When people hate a bunch of things about a person and sometimes can't seem to stand them, they are often times with that person because they think they look good, and everybody thinks highly of a guy that has a hot girl (at least thats how it is in high school)
But if you can't stop thinking about that person, it means that you are obsessed (usually temporarily) Sometimes it is not healthy to keep thinking about that person all the time, especially if it moves past the temporary stage.

well for one you like this person and yes i believe in love at first sight but how long have you been thinking about this person?I would think after a period of a few months you will know if it is infatuation or love but i do know when you are in love with someone that is one of the first signs so i wish you the best this might be the right person for you and also do you know how they feel about you?Good luck cc

It usually means you have a REALLY bad crush....It is possible, but once you get to know someone--they may not be at all like you thought they were. Just becareful...

i know what it is cause i am in that stage right now
when you cain't stop thinking of someone that meansthat they mean alot to you mabe cause they helped you overcome something hard and painful. my x i have alot of feelings for cause in fourth grade i started to pick my ei lashes cause i was under stress from my teacher and he became my boyfrind and i stopped picking my lashes he and i had benn best friends sinc 1st grade and he ment so much to me and we had somuch good times togather and just last year i had been his gf for almost 4 years and he broke up with me i still cry and i think about him everyday and everynight, i write his name on my journal 100 times a day, i still love him to death, he just meant so much to me! but yes that is my story. what it means not to stop thinking of someone is like you see him/her in the clouds, you have tons of dreams about that person, it makes you cry that that person does mean that much to you, ect about that they are important to you

I dont know.... i have the same problem and people tell me its a crush, not love. I still cant decide what my problem is.... lol... i cant get them out of my mind.
