How many guys like being single?

I want to know if men really fit the persona.

I don't mind being single but its not that i like it either. Sometimes I just wonder "what if" but then when I compare the neagtives and positives to being single I feel a little better. So being single isn't that bad, but its best if you try and get into a relationship.

I like it when I have a buddy that is single that likes to go out and enjoy the single life, but if your not actually enjoying what there is to enjoy about being single like meeting different girls, no tie downs, and going out when you want, then you need to shack up. Im actually single and have been going out a lot for the past year so i am ready to settle down and spend some evenings on the couch with someone special watching a movie. I guess Im saying its all about the timing.

I would like to refer you to some other threads where women point out that men are usually wrong about something. And need I remind everyone about financial issues in relationships? Do you know how many rib-eye steaks you can feast on for the price of an engagement ring? Or a high-interest CD? As for loneliness? Well, some guys just don't get very lonely. I suppose you could decide whether to cheat yourself or risk your partner cheating on you. But you don't have to let a pessimistic bachelor like me influence you.

I don't think anyone enjoys being single (unless they just got out of a bad relationship). I think they just don't mind being single.

Its like having your hair grown a little bit long. Sure, you could go and get a haircut, but if it doesn't bother you then you can leave it. Being single, sure you could go out and meet some members of the opposite sex, but if it doesn't bother you then you can leave it alone.
