By all means get some sleep. This is a pretty interesting site, but you would not want to give bad advice because you're tired, so get some sleep and check back when you are well rested.

I once as addicted to yahoo answers and didnt go to sleep the whole night...eventually i just crashed. The same will happen to you, dont worry about it.

Yes, I get like that, too. After being up all day, I was on Yahoo til 5am the following morning til my quota ran out. I get a kick out of trying to help people, so that was my motivation for staying on.

it depends on what part of the country or what country you are in. i'd say if you're tired, go to sleep. you'll wake up refreshed and ready to answer even more questions than you did today! : )
