See, I have been dating my boyfriend for over 6 months and I cannot stop thinking about him. I dream about him constantly, and every word that comes outofmy mouth is about him. When I see him, I get butterflies in my stomach and they will not go away until three days after I see him. Everytime that we kiss I get butterflies and I get into kissing him. When he kisses my neck, I get shivers down my spine and when he gave me my first hickey, it felt amazing. We say we love each other when we are together and over the phone before we hang up. I need help, I am in the real kind of love or is it just puppy love and it won't last. I think I really love him, but I do not know, I need your opinion, so please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hickeys are not tacky and it was in a place where only him and I could see it, so it was not like I was saying look everybody, I got a hickey. They are a sign of love and dont tell me any different because I know that I am right. It has not always been intense, we were very shy when we started dating, but we were friends before we started dating and got to know each other.

I can tell him anything and he can tell me anything and we would keep it to ourselves. We have talked, but we are still in high school and I plan to go to college and so I do not know what to do!!!

How old are you princess? Seriously, if you are a teen it is puppy love. I did not know what real true love was until I was about 24...and I have been with the same guy every since we were 16...we thought it was love then but it was puppy love. Take it slow...especially if you are a teen...enjoy being a teen w/ out being tied down to one man...plenty of time when you are older...and you will know for sure!

Well, I am a married woman going on 4 years and that was and is still the same way I feel about my man.(Butterflies and all) Have you 2 talked about your future together ,do you 2 care so much about each others that you can't stand to be away from eachather& care for eath others every need and wellbeing..Ture love is more than just butterflies ,but that is part of it ,even thow the butterflies my fade if you do not keep it alive.Ture love is carring in everyway.Bestfriends is what you and need to be to work. Yes, IT COULD BE TURN LOVE ,BUT LUST ALSO CAN PLAY TRICKS. sooo....TALK TO YOUR MAN.
BY THE WAY CAN YOU TALK ABOUT ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING ?,BECOUSE THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR A LONG LASTING MARRAGE.
My man and I got engaged at 6 months .By the way ,How old are you ??Do not rush , all relationships are different. some take longer to get like mine .Time will tell if it is ture love .Realy look at the whole picther .I was 23 ,when I got engaged to my Husband.ALSO A GRATE WAY TO FIND TURE LOVE IS TO DO WHAT GOD SAYS AND KEEP YOUR LEGS COLSED UNTILL AFTER YOU SAY ,I DO, but I know that do's not alway happen that way. I wish you all the happness in the world.

If it is ture love hopfully he will wait for you and help you and you him with each others dreams and needs.

Those relationships that are really intense right out of the gate has a tendency not to go the distance. It's been six months and you feel this way all the time? It could be infatuation if this is your first relationship? BTW hickeys are tacky for a woman to have, you're like a walking billboard of what you did last night!

Some say that when you're in love, you just know. My definition of love is two people working together to love and serve God. I think maybe you should check this book out. Don't be scared of the title though ha ha. I read it and it really gave me a different perspective on dating and now i understand it more. The book is "I Kissed Dating Goodbye" im not saying you shouldnt date just read the book its about friendships too. =D

Only time will tell if it's still puppy love or love-love. Sounds like right now, you're right in the middle of romantic love, which tends to fade after about a year or so. Wait it out and see. And in the meantime, enjoy the feeling. It's great, isn't it?

I know what you mean. I think (remmeber this is my own opinion don't base your actions on me) that you are in love!! I get that all the time with my boyfriend. He just makes you feel like you're the only one in the room and that you are the best. Like you two were created just to be together. You two are a whole, you complete each other.

How old are you? You sound like you're 14 and you have your first crush........The feelings will calm down soon. It sounds like puppy love. I'm sure your friends are tired of hearing about him too.

Give it awhile. Just 6 months--you could be--who's to say. Take it easy and just enjoy the moment.

give your relationship some time. since it's only 6months. i thought the same way about my ex. but she didn't feel the same way about me. so u'd just end up hurting urself if u fall too deep. slow urself down.
