Ranch Party Mix
INGREDIENTS:
1 envelope (approx. 1 oz) powdered Ranch salad dressing mix
2 tablespoons dried dill weed
2 cups melba toast (any flavor)
2 cups oyster crackers
2 cups pretzel sticks, or miniature twisted pretzels
2 cups bagel chips, garlic or plain, broken up
1 cup mixed nuts
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup melted butter
PREPARATION:
Combine dressing mix and dillweed; add crackers, pretzels and bagel chips and nuts. Combine well. Mix oil and butter, then drizzle over cereal mixture, tossing to coat well. Place mixture in a large paper bag and let stand for about 2 hours, gently shaking from time to time.
You can make this with other powdered salad dressing flavor mixes - whatever ones you like... You can also substitute any crunchy crackers you like for any you don't...
