We knew each other at the end of college & had a brief flirtation. He meets a girl, gets married. 10 years later, I get an email that says he's coming to town-wants to have dinner-find out he is divorced. (We live about 2 hours apart by car.) Dinner for two nights-fun-flirtatious-hugs, but no kiss goodnight. Two weeks later, in another town with mutual friend from college for his birthday-flirting again from him-no kiss good-bye. Invite him to town to do movie-stays at my house-his own room-no kiss good-bye. He meets & dates another girl-Lots of time passes-flash forward six months or so-haven't had email from him in a month or so,call him-he says 'hey... I'm single again!' I ask about the break-up-show a little sympathy. 2 weeks later, I write-ask if he wants to go visit mutual friend-he agrees. meet him in his town, ride with him & his kids, spend night in friend's house-Why would he do that if he is not interested in me? I ride home w/ him-his folks around-no kiss goodbye!

I have a girl friend that I never kiss or even hug. We are just friends and I have no sexual attraction towards her. But we can talk about a lot of stuff and we get along very well. I can be shy too, but I know what I want. If I wanted, I'd go get, or at least try. He's marrying and dating other girls all the while he is friends with you. I would just enjoy his friendship for now and not worry about it.

I'm guessing he likes you but for some reason can't muster the courage to make a move. Sometimes when a guy really likes a girl, he becomes a giant wuss. It's easier to be forward with girls you're not that interested in.That's one possibility. If you like him, maybe you should just plant one on him or ask him if he has feelings for you. Then you'll know for sure.

Well one reason could be hes known you so long he no longer looks at you as a women and more a close friend and 2 hes not interested just wants to be friends with you

Shy adult males won't communicate on the telephone, except they such as you, or there is another reason ( such as you're his boss)... So i might say he's fascinated, or a minimum of, thinks you're....... Why do no longer you invite him over?

He sees you as a friend. If he doesn't kiss you goodbye and then DATES someone ELSE, then why didn't he kiss you, right? I don't think he's interested in you as a mate, sorry. Find someone else and give up on him.

he's waiting for the right time to approach you he knows that you know that he likes you but he is playing hard that's all he doing waiting for the right time to make his move and he trying to throw you off so that it looks as if he dint care but he does and trust me it want be long before he make his move on you and ask you to marry him just watch and see
