If you don't want to go out with him you could try saying something like: We are better as friends, We should get to know ech other a little more, or I'm not ready to go out with anyone right now. If you really like him than you should say yes. If it's meant to be than you would know what to say.

if u like them say yes if not say look im really sorry but i just dont think of u in that way but i would like being ur friend (if u dont wanna be their friend then dont mention the friend part) ps make sure that u do it privatly cause u dont wanna embarras them and make them mad cuz they r already hurt and r having mixed feelings

when you say "asked out" do you mean asked out on a date? or asked out as in: wants to be in a relationship?
nothing wrong with going out on a date with this guy if you like him.. why not? go out and have fun.. if the date goes well, then arrange a 2nd date!

well i believe in trying everything out before saying no
but if ya dont no the guy to well........then maybe get to no the guy firstt then see if u like him or not
dont put ur full trust in the guy if ya dont know him because for all u know
he could be a total sicko.......

well if your really good friends then i would say yes cause you never know he could be the one that your with forever!but if you really don't KNOW him then say no cause it will probably only last a week!
