you should brush at least twice a day, if possible after every meal! a good dental routine should help with tooth colour, ie: floss, brush and rinse. use a whitening toothpaste and mouthwash. avoid tea/coffee and cigarettes as these both stain teeth. get your check ups and cleans done with your dentist regularly, an if none of that does it get whitening, but it can be expensive. There are whitening treatments available in shops for home use, never used on though so can't recommend one. Common sense is the best thing! cleaner teeth are whiter in general!

if you're hispanic or white--your teeth are probably whiter than you think they are. you just don't realize it because there is not a major contrast with your skin and teeth.
now, you need to brush at least twice a day. i use a braun electric toothbrush. it makes a difference, and will help prevent cavities. getting your teeth whitened and then keeping them white will be your best bet. bleaching is getting more and more reasonable, as are other methods like brite smile.
whitening toothpastes and flossing regularly will help, also. stay away from dark sugary liquids, like sodas. if you drink a coke every day, make sure you brush or rinse afterwards.
if you get your teeth whitened professionaly, you need to wait at least 24-48 hours before drinking or eating anything dark in color. also, make regular trips to the dentist!!

To get your teeth movie-star white is actually bad for them. Teeth are actually supposed to be slightly off-white. Just as bleach denigrates the integrity of fabrics, so to does it denigrate the quality of your teeth. Brush twice a day and make sure you're eating a healthy diet with enough calcium

You need to brush thoroughly at least 2X a day--morning and evening. Floss 1X a day and get regular 6 month check-ups. You may have stain on your teeth that needs to be cleaned off by a dentist or dental hygienist.

People tell me I have "unnaturally white" teeth. I have never had any bleaching done. My secret? Hydrogen Peroxide. That is it. Just rinse with it every day, keep it in your mouth for a few minutes if you like, you will see a difference in a few days and a major difference in a few weeks.

Brush twice a day, chew whitening gum (esp after eating), use whitening listerine...basically use all the whitening products you can. If you really want, you can use crest whitestripes but they made my teeth really sensitive (and painful).
