Please provide excercises, diets, and other things that I can do to help me lose weight FAST!

None of those fad diets! Atkins is no good for you, what you need is a balanced diet!

All you need to do is burn more calories than you eat.. There is no fast way to do it! The best and healthiest way is to do it slowly. That is when it stays off, unless you don't want your new body to be for good. If you need to look good for a certain event, maybe one of those fad diets is for you.. But once you go off them, your weight will be back. And who wants to spend the rest of their life not eating carbs!? Or eating grapefruits.. Come on now..

It's best done by increasing your physical activity, and either decreasing (if you really want..), or just CHANGING the foods you eat! But if you really can't stand to change your eating habits, then it is possible that some more physical activity could help you lose weight, just more slowly.. It's hard to help someone to lose weight when you don't know their age, weight, height, how much physical activity they are used to, etc. But here is some basic advice:

Fitness

Try doing cardio exercise at least 3 times a week, 30 minutes for each of those 3 days. You can split this time up, and do 5 minutes here and there if you'd like. This can be biking, running, walking, jumping jacks, jumping rope, dancing (my personal favorite), swimming, roller blading, and so many more..

Two times a week, do some kind of strength training for 15 minutes, or as much as you can stand without getting too tired. Basic things.. Sit down on the floor, and get into "butterfly" position. Hold yourself there for a bit. Do some push ups, crunches. Sit with your legs out in front of you and try to touch your toes while keeping your legs straight. Stretching. Things like that.

Diet / Food

EAT BREAKFAST! Do it! EIGHT glasses of water per day. Get eight hours sleep. Eat your basic three meals (not TOO big, remember the importance of moderation and you can eat nearly anything), and slip in a small, healthy snack in between. I will give you a basic idea of a healthy day. I am a vegetarian, but I am assuming you are not.. You didn't give too much info! So here you go..

Breakfast
One whole wheat or plain bagel with 2 tbsp light cream cheese or pat of margarine. Some yogurt, and half a banana. It seems like a lot (to me anyway), but with that fitness plan it's fine.

Snack
Orange

Lunch
Peanut butter (1 tbsp) and jelly (.5 - 1 tbsp) on wheat bread. Baby carrots/celery/lettuce with some lowfat non-creamy dressing.

Snack
A bag of 97% fat free microwave popcorn, or light butter (yes, a whole bag!!)

Dinner
A bunch of stir fried veggies (mushrooms, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, etc) with 2 cups of minute rice. With 3 or 4 grilled chicken strips on the side (not too big, maybe an 1 inch by 4 inches).

ummm. I don't know, but don't let yourself go :( stay the way you are, the time will come when you least expect it. I know your probably feeling like its getting old to being a virgin all this time and everything, but it'll be completely worth it later on, I promise. I would recommend watching "the ugly truth" if you haven't already, its actually pretty true: a lot of the advice in the movie that workss. why don't you try going out and just meeting more and more guys. don't go out there and look whoreish or anything, but just for drinks. maybe try speed dating? You'll get what you deserve sooner or later, everything happens for a reason, keep that in mind.

You can lose 10 pounds in 10 days by going on a grapefruit diet. You eat 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast, 1/2 grapefruit for lunch and 1/2 grapefruit for supper. You are also allowed to drink milk, eat vegetables and other fruits. Then walk for about 20 minutes each day. This was given to me by my doctor and it works. After 10 days, just cut your normal meals in half and never eat after 6pm. Then you will lose another 10 to 20 pounds before the month is over.

Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise

swap out brown rice or quinoa yes even the new super food which both add up to about 220 calories per cup for cauliflower or roasted peppers that are only about 30 calories per cup

think ahead to how youll eat and exercise on the weekends its easy to get too relaxed on saturdays and sundays but healthy living is a 7 day a week endeavor

Low carb diet, try Atkins. I did low carb once for medical reasons and lost a lot of weight.
