if not reduce them make them mor emade of muscle
im not over weight or anything im jsut uncomfortable with my thighs and would like them to be thinner
is there any particular excercies i can do to thin them out?

Running, and if that's not your thing, then power walking. Try to do at least a half hour a day. It will help.

sex in a cowgirl position---no lie (if your doing the work) .. uh.. running.. or get one of those thigh masters...those work fairly quick if you use it a lot..

Buy a cycle and ride it daily......ur tights get more tight ;)
