I always catch him watching me and sometimes he seems to be waiting around for me, but he never makes me feel creeped out or uncomfortable really..don't ask me why. Anyway, when he does approach me he hardly speaks - I would say he is nervous, but considering how he is 20 years older than me, I would have thought he would have more experience asking out women. What's the deal?

I think he likes to see me smile when he winks at me - it's a reaction I can't help. However, he never smiles himself when face to face with him...however if I catch him off guard sometimes he smiles when watching me from afar..?

You are right to thinkit is weird that someone 20 years older than you should not be so nervous. Your instinct is telling you that something is wrong or you wouldn't be here asking-Go with your instinct.

Ok the last time you asked this question you picked the answer below as the best answer so I am gonna go with that.
Most likely 'cause he's too damn shy. If you think he's cute, and nice, then ask him if he wants to grab a cup of coffee or something. Make it non-threatening, but show him that you're interested.
The only downside is if he's been doing this for a while, then he's probably so worked up about the whole thing that he's SUPER nervous about it. So he'll probably be really weird the first couple of times. If you are patient enough though, he might turn into the best thing that happened to you. When I was young, I've had a couple of crushes like that, where you're so into someone, you're too afraid to mess things up, so you don't do anything, but you're just burning up inside. Help him take that pressure off, and see what he's made of. Good luck.

Its rather psychological i agree. in basic terms like hannah montana type. Im a teenage female and dont particularly see any allure to the jonas brothers because of the fact i be responsive to each 10 three hundred and sixty 5 days previous female fancys them! identity particularly have a guy with slightly adulthood lol. Its in basic terms the way the media publisise those adult males, you in basic terms pay attention approximately loopy ladies throwing themselves at them, no longer approximately people who think of there ridiculous
