Maybe. The idea that you get absolutely no persecution at all is blatantly incorrect:
If I someone says Christianity rocks because Jesus will save us with his powers of fried chicken, I'd think that at least ONE person would go out of his way to point out one thing:

You're probably not very smart.
And that's persecution.

Yes it is delightfully refreshing to ask a question about faith and be smacked in the back of the head with a polite, "God does not exist you retard!!" No, in all actuality it is a small price to pay for being able to say what I think. I would prefer to have someone else be allowed to tell me I am a retard for having my faith and being able to express it than to have faith in something and fear to say anything about it because of fear of death. So come on all my friendly atheistic Christian bashers....you know who you are (so do the sweet ones who are truly friends)...give me grief for my faith. At the end of the day I still go to sleep with my faith safely in tact.
