i know they go stale, but why???
because of the humidity??
does it get too much???

They draw moisture from the air. keep package sealed.

Pretzels and crackers go stale because of what they are made of and only have a certain time to stay fresh. What I do when the expiration date has come is put them in the microwave about 15 seconds and it brings back the fresh flavor. This also works for stale cookies.

its the humidity. They absorb moisture. If you spray some water on pretzels then let it dry youll have the same effect quicker.

They get moist from the air if they are not packaged properly. Or sometimes the fats get rancid if they are really old.
