My cat is a year and a half old. I had him nuetered when he was a kitten, but now his testicles are growing back. Is this possible?

The sac fills full of fluid after being neutered giving the appearance that there are testicles when in reality, there are none. I have NEVER heard of them growing back. Feel the sac, you will see it's all fluid.

take the two that you don't know for sure the sex of to the vet, because it's really hard to assign a gender to kittens. Taking the cats to the vets will also be sure that it's not something serious like tumors. Then you can get all your cats shots done and the sort, and still get the real problem checked.

Hi there...it's very unlikely because the neuter removes the entire testicles from within the sac.

Here's a graphic website with surgical photos on the neutering procedure for cats which shows the testicles being removed: http://www.thepetcenter.com/sur/Spayandneuter.htm#cat%20neuter (WARNING: GRAPHIC SURGICAL PHOTOS)

Not all vets neuter some do vasectomies. So call your vet and check with them. It's also possible that there could be an infection or something.

Nope. This is not possible. It may be that he has an abscess or an infection in the area of his scrotum, so you need to get that checked out with your vet.

That's weird, are you sure the vet neutered him properly? I would call the vet and demand a free appointment and have him explain it Good luck
