first try to flirt wid her and see if she flirts back just soo u could know if she has the same feelings if soo then either approach her and ask her or e-mail or on the phone cause then you ll be talking to her but not seeing her so that would be a little easierr than in person.

well first of all does she know you like her? if she does then ask her how she feels about it. but don't be so afraid of rejection. for all you know she could like you back. take it slow ask her to a movie or something. be a gentleman pay for her ticket. but don't push it and act like its this huge deal. make her feel comfortable. then if things progress, ask her over or something then get to know her show her your interested. it gets a girls attention. don't be afraid to be a dork for her. show her how much she means to you and that should work. if she just wants to be friends then you'll have to accept it, and be friends.

if she acts like she likes you then you need to step up and ask her out cause she probably wants YOU to ask her out! don't keep her waiting or she'll move on! so get some guts and go for it
