If the attractiveness isn't a factor to you, then try online dating, but be advised that most (not all, but most) women that online date are total chuds, despite the pictures they put up (the pics could be of when they were in high school, or photoshopped or whatever, they could even be men masquerading as women).
If attractiveness is a factor to you... then my friend, let me know when you find out because I've been looking for such a place my whole life.

a bar. pick up the drunk ones. the drunker, the better. and always remember if you do have one of these relationships "go somewhere," if you meet her in a bar, expect to find her there later when you're looking for her.

Not too many places, sport. Even in strip-clubs the dancers have boyfriends/husbands. Try hopping from one club to another. (Don't be a moron and be drunk while you're hopping. Cops definitely will be ready to lock yo' a-- up. Hint: They know how many times your car passes by. TRUST ME)
