Ok so I was feeling totally fine and everything yesterday, so then I decided to take a bubble bath in the afternoon. The water was hot but it wasn't like scorching hot or anything. So i stayed in there for like 15 minutes, and then since I had soap and stuff all over me I decided to take a quick shower. I got in, and I did NOT feel good. My ears felt like they were popping (not water since I kept my head above the water) and I got really dizzy. And then I had stars in my eyes for about 30 seconds (which feels reeeeeally long when you can't see anything) and I felt like I was going to throw up. So I washed my hair sitting on the floor of the shower cause my knees were like shaking. And then I went out put my robe on and felt TOTALLY fine after like 10 minutes! Any idea what happened? I also wanna say that I was really pale and was really thirsty AFTER the bath. Any ideas? thanks =)

I agree with the above posters that you were having some dehydration issues. I checked out Mosaic's link and found the article is very well-written and informative.

The same thing does kick in for me when I take a hot bath or spent any time in a hot tub or spa. I find that if I really want a relaxing bath, it helps me tremendously if I keep the bathroom well ventilated, take a break or two, and most importantly, I keep a nice tall glass of water next to the tub. I also find that when I adhere to similar time guidelines (10-15 minutes tops) that I am usually fine.

while it does sound like this is what happened to you, there is an outside chance that you might have had some kind of allergic reaction to the bubble bath formula. I have those too - mine are basically a skin reaction to anything perfumed. I find products made for babies, with no perfumes and additives, work fine. Fancy salon-ey products that people give me as gifts almost always make me feel sick and break out in hives.

The same thing would happen to me when I was little. Me and my mom can handle hot water really well, unlike my sister and dad who like cold water.

Anyway, so I would put the hot water way up in the shower, and the whole room would completely steam up. After a few minutes, I would feel sooo exhausted and tired. I would just lean against the shower wall for a while, almost falling asleep. I would need to turn the water on completely cold, splash my face with cold water, then get out of the shower and wait for some of the steam to go away.

Of course there are common explanations. I have no problem believing in ghosts myself, but I really don't think you have one. Ghosts are rare enough, but a kleptomaniacal ghost? That's getting really out there. The most common explanation is the fact that pretty much every human being on earth has said "now where the hell did I put that, it was right here" at least once in their lives, in fact most have it happen to them every week. I've never met anybody who has never lost a remote control to a TV. You see where I'm going with this? All of your occurrences are things that could just as easily have been done by a living person. They're definitely strange, but in my experience living people are often stranger than any ghost.

You had the bath water way too hot for the amount of time you stayed in it. It happens to me when I have to get the water real hot to get sea ticks and red bugs off me after being in the woods.

I think you may have had the water too hot....when the water is way too hot, our blood pressure can drop really fast and make you feel "woozy". This happened to me once when I got into a hot tub and my friend had the temp. up really high.

Sounds like the hot water made you dehydrated.

your blood pressure was probably a bit low from vaso-dilation cause by the bath. just try to get up slower next time or decrease the temp a bit.
