I for one never tried any pills. its just not natural to pop a pill whenever you have something to worry about :p
those who are recommending hoodia are promoting these pills.. stay away from them.
Good diet, good exercise and lots of preserverance goes a long way. You'll be slim in no time

Well actually it always depends on the pill that your going to use because nowadays there are a lots of Fake slimming pills so be careful in choosing one. Another factor is it depends on you. You should have self discipline. Meaning you have to take it seriously if you really want to become slim and make an extra effort in exercising.
