Not all of us are alike. My suggestion to you is quit trying and move on. You will feel better about yourself. 3years is a long time...yes SHE is stringing you along, but you are allowing it so do not be so quick to blame her, people only take what we will let them have! Sounds like if you let go she will beg you back or try harder, but then you come and she runs again....Ewww the games! Let it go and be free please it will drive you nuts and you will resent women...we all are not like that! Good Luck

Not all girls are stringing you along and not all girls are the same. Everyone is VERY different in the way they handle issues and what they will tolerate and not tolerate. If you have been friends with your ex for three years and nothing is still happening, its a lost cause. You are just a friend. I was strung along myself by a GUY..yes...a guy that didnt have the balls to just tell me the truth. I even asked him if he wanted me to leave him alone forever. And he couldnt give me a YES, but then he wasnt exactly feeling me either. You need to make the decision and know that if its been three years since your break up, its been too long. Leave the situation if you are betting your hopes that she will love you again. You will feel a lot better that you did.

You've been chasing an ex for 3 yrs? You're about 2 yrs and 11 mos over the line on that one.

Exes are exes for a reason...and people can't be strung along if they don't allow themselves to be.

Move on.
