I haven't trouble getting up and feeling energized, even when I get enough sleep. Whats the best way to make yourself get up? I just roll over every morning and reset the alarm.

Move the alarm so you will have to get up to turn it off. Then put on a pot of coffee and hit the shower. By the time you are out of the showet the coffee is ready..

Put the alarm where you have to get out of bed to turn it off or to hit the snooze alarm. Once on your feet, keep on going to your destination, most likely the bathroom.

Tell yourself how lucky you are to be able to stand on your own two feet. There are thousands of people who would gladly change places with you.
