Ok so brace yourself, this may be gross to some. I've suffered from digestive problems. When I eat it takes my food a while to digest, and I've been constipated, and diagnosed with reflux. However, there is this one problem that I have to which I can't figure out; At least once a month or ever two months, my stomach will suddenly begin to bloat up, and I'll begin to have sharp pains in my lower abdomen area, and it'll hurt all the way down to my vaginal area, or so it seems; I'll sweat and feel light headed, then the pain will lessen in my abdomen area and then I'll feel the pressure in my rectum and will have to go. While I am going..my Bm is runny, and at times it seems as if it's burning, sometimes i'll have to go twice because it's not all out. After all this is over I feel drained, and my tummy area feels sore. Would anyone happen to know what this is and any cure for it? Thanks!

Your condition suggests two things; You have a problem assimilating proteins.. the other is; you may have a prolapse of the transverse colon. Which will allow the blockage of fecal material as well as gas...The bloating is the result of a buildup of that gas .. When the colon is blown up like a balloon, it is highly sensitive to pain. It is quite a severe pain! Prolapse is often reduced just by assuming the knee/chest position..Allows gravity to allow it to move upward.

Perhaps you could aid the digestive process by including papaya fruit or pills.... as well as include some amino acid supplements. Pectin is also valuable for retaining fluids in the fecal material. Most fruits will contain this substance. Is why fruit is highly recommended as part of the proper dietary.

Ok, I know what your feeling. I had the same problems. Im warning you now, to go to the Doctors. I waited to long as Im suffering now. You need to go see a Gastrointeroligst. Aka a GI Doctor. Now, you need to get this checked out. You could have something very serious, and could require medications, and hospitalization. You could be dehydrated from going to the bathroom so much. Go to the doctor! I don't mean to scare you!
